3. High-strength all-wood pulp C-flute cardboard: Upgraded with high-basis-weight virgin kraft paper and denser, thicker corrugating medium. It offers significantly improved burst strength, tear resistance, and moisture resistance, maintaining structural integrity without flute collapse during long-term stacking. Widely used for packaging fragile ceramics, precision equipment components, and cross-border export goods, providing superior stability and protection against the rigors of long-distance transport.

What is the difference between single-wall C-flute and composite C-flute corrugated cardboard? 

1. Single-wall C-flute corrugated board: Formed by bonding a liner, a C-flute medium, and an inner liner; it offers moderate thickness and outstanding cushioning elasticity. Its strength lies in superior shock absorption, making it ideal for fragile items like glass and ceramics; its drawback is lower puncture resistance compared to B-flute and average surface smoothness for fine printing. It is commonly used for standard RSC shipping boxes and produce/food totes, often paired with corrugated dividers to secure goods and minimize impact damage.

2. Composite C-series mixed-flute boards (primarily BC-flute and EC-flute):

BC composite flute board: The outer B-flute layer provides abrasion resistance, puncture resistance, and stacking strength, while the inner C-flute layer adds cushioning and shock absorption. Balancing print quality with shock protection, it is the most common material for heavy-duty industrial cartons.
